“Providing and promoting better health in the local community is important. I am very grateful to work with some amazing people which makes my work so unbelievably rewarding.”
Sally is a teacher of Hatha and Traditional Tantra Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. Her love of yoga and how it benefits people both mentally and physically led her instinctively into teaching.
Having recently returned from training in India, her passion is to share the gift of yoga with people from the local community in a caring and nurturing way. Encouraging people to listen to their own body while she holds space for them to develop their own yoga practice.
Working as a diagnostic radiographer for over 10 years, her knowledge of anatomy and physiology complements the teaching of asana, along with her own practice passed down from her teachers.
“Wills classes are always fun, safe and relaxing. I feel able to go at my own pace creating a comfortable practice. Will is an excellent teacher, a knowledgeable person and all round lovely guy. After class my body feels more flexible and my mind more peaceful. I absolutely recommend Will’s classes.”
Holly’s passion for yoga began when she noticed the amazing benefits it had on both her body and her mind. She soon realised that it is so much more than just a physical practice.
She travelled to Goa, India, to complete her 200 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa YTT qualification. It was here that she began to realise the deeper meaning of yoga. She started to understand that the true nature of the self is joy and that through practice of the yogic teachings, we can start to become the best that we can be in both body and mind.
She now teaches Vinyasa flow, hot yoga and gentle slow flow alongside her own practice. She loves to get creative with her sequences and to use dynamic transitions to link postures together.

“Would highly recommend Will Burton Yoga. Will’s classes are suitable for all levels and the best bit is that although it is a generic class he still manages to help you work to your personal level and see progression. A lovely way to exercise mind and body.”
