It is known that inversions take courage, strength and openness through the whole body from head to toe. Suppleness sought through a regular Yoga practice is the foundation for a strong inversion practice.
By the end of this 2 Hour workshop you would be able to accomplish headstand (Salamba Sirsasana) Shoulder Stand (Salamba Sarvangasana) and Forearm balance (Pincha Mayurasana.)
If time allows we will briefly look at handstand (Ardo Muka Vrkrsasana.)
This workshop is suitable for Beginners although a good physical ability is essential.
Inversions have a multitude of benefits and it’s also widely said that they can reverse the aging process.
