At this workshop you will receive personalised instructions and top tips including classic and modern approaches to feet placement in traditional postures, how to prepare and how to safely mobilise the lower limbs and torso for standing and seated hip opening exercises.

Downward Dog is a perfect example. Will shares often in class that for a long time when he first started practicing Yoga he found it impossible to hold downward for 5 breaths without taking a rest. With a little guidance from his teacher very quickly he was able to enjoy practicing Downward Dog comfortably.
